Advancing spirit in organisations

Results

'To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom' Bertrand RussellCoaching is a results-focused business process. Effective coaching improves performance, retention of staff and general productivity. This impacts on company revenue, profitability and will enhance the value by developing the potential of your people.

Every coaching interaction is structured around measurable objectives,
which are agreed at the outset of the programme with the individuals concerned, typically in terms of both organisational, group and / or specific individual outcomes. The coach provides feedback, insight and guidance throughout the process.

During individual coaching partnerships, diagnostic tools and 360-degree
feedback can be used both at the outset and upon completion of coaching to
measure results. Progress is often evaluated half way through the
programme and objectives can be fine-tuned accordingly. Full evaluation takes place at the end of the coaching interaction. Lessons learnt, moving forward and on-going development plans are agreed as coaching draws to a close.

Next steps

If you are considering embarking upon either one-to-one or group coaching, the first stage of the process is for us to understand the specific outcomes you, the individual, the team or the organisation would like to derive from the coaching programme. It is important for us to clarify what success looks like for you at the outset. We can then design the most appropriate coaching framework to help you achieve the results you seek.

We can discuss this with you in more detail before proposing an appropriate programme and recommending specific content, format, timing and highlight key areas for consideration.
