focused on the outcomes of the organisation, team or
individual concerned. Rowan's powerful coaching tools

yet the value in the process comes from individual
ownership of key issues.
We focus on understanding the "essence" of
the individual and the organisational culture and match
client needs to coach specialties and ensure coach
/ client compatibility at the outset. Reviews and evaluation
are integral to our process to ensure feedback is continuous.
Powerful questioning moves to the source of issues,
providing valuable space and time for clients to think,
broaden perspectives, focus in on priorities and clarify
the most effective way forward. We enable individuals
and teams to access their own truth.
Rowan Coaching is not a soft option, we are a sounding
